CropSnap helps you select images from your gallery, crop with precision, preview before-and-after results, capture new photos with crop guides, and record voice notes for presets. CropSnap does not offer in-app purchases or payment features. This document is designed to align with Google Play disclosure expectations and applicable privacy laws. If you use CropSnap, you agree that your use is also governed by our in-app notices and the Privacy Notice and Terms links we publish (including the materials referenced in app settings). We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

CropSnap is provided as a standalone utility on Google Play for Android. This policy describes processing that occurs in connection with that Android distribution. Use of CropSnap is offered on the basis of your acceptance of the applicable Privacy Notice and User Terms presented in the app, including confirmation screens where required.
Product scope (accurate to the app): CropSnap is a local-first cropping tool. It does not include social feeds, recommendation timelines, or a default browsable content stream.
White-label / multi-build note: Exact permission names, system permission strings, and the specific screens that trigger each runtime permission must match the final engineering build. If your shipped labels differ slightly from examples below, the collection scope and disclosures must still match the finalized permission list and runtime dialogs.
CropSnap is strictly limited to users aged 18 or older. We do not operate an age-gate flow or independent age-verification program inside the app. Eligibility relies on your representation that you meet the age requirement when you first use the app or accept our terms. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone who does not meet the eligibility requirement, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information consistent with applicable law.
CropSnap does not offer user registration or login. There is no user account created in the app, and there is no account deletion workflow because no account exists.
We collect information only as needed to operate CropSnap’s features. The categories below reflect how we describe data for transparency and consistency with Google Play Data safety style disclosures.
We process Photos and videos when you choose images from your device library, generate previews, save cropped outputs, and store comparison images locally as part of your editing workflow. The stated processing purpose is: Selecting images from your gallery, saving cropped results and comparison images, and managing export previews. Collection is Required for the associated feature when you use gallery-based cropping.
We process Camera images when you use the in-app camera flow to capture new photos so you can reuse crop guides and immediately edit results. This supports capturing new photos to crop with crop guides and reference lines. Collection is Required for the associated feature when you choose to capture a new photo inside the app.
We process Voice recordings when you use microphone-based features to create voice notes that help configure crop presets and label export sessions for later review. This supports recording voice notes to configure crop presets and label export sessions. Collection is Required for the associated feature when you start a voice note flow.
We may process limited device or app operational data needed for security, fraud prevention, and basic diagnostics (for example, app version or error signals). We do not use this section to justify unrelated tracking.

We do not build a public profile for advertising personalization inside CropSnap as a feed product; CropSnap is a utility tool as described above.
CropSnap requests Android permissions only in connection with user-initiated features. Final permission labels and trigger screens must match the shipping build (see Section 2).
The camera permission is used to let you capture new photos so you can reuse crop reference lines and edit immediately. Camera access is not used in the background for continuous monitoring; it is tied to explicit in-app capture actions. You can revoke camera access in Android Settings > Apps > CropSnap > Permissions.
The microphone permission is used to record voice notes that support crop preset configuration and session labeling. Microphone access is not used in the background for always-on listening. You can revoke microphone access in Android Settings > Apps > CropSnap > Permissions.
CropSnap accesses photos and videos from your device library so you can pick single or multiple images, preview crops, and save cropped outputs and comparison images back to your gallery. Access is not intended for background scanning of your entire library; it is used when you select content through the app’s picker flows. You can revoke media access in Android Settings > Apps > CropSnap > Permissions (the exact menu labels may vary by Android version).
For clarity under Google Play sensitive-data expectations: camera capture, microphone recording, and photos/videos library access are not in the background and are not used for continuous ambient monitoring. CropSnap does not collect device location; location is not in the background because we do not request location permissions for this app.
We limit sharing to what is needed to operate CropSnap and comply with law. The app does not include payment or in-app purchase flows; we do not share purchase records with payment processors through this app.
To distribute CropSnap through Google LLC (Google Play), certain App distribution information and update delivery metadata may be processed by Google as part of standard store operations. The purpose is to Provide standard Google Play platform services including app distribution and updates. Google’s processing is also governed by Google’s policies applicable to developers and users of Google Play.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described, including to meet legal obligations where applicable. Locally stored images and recordings remain on your device unless you delete them using your device controls. When you contact us with a valid request, we will respond within 15 business days where feasible.
Because CropSnap does not maintain a login-based account for the app experience described here, privacy requests typically relate to communications you send us or locally stored content under your control.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk in line with the nature of the app.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, port, or object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know whether your personal information is shared with third parties as described in Section 13.1 and Section 9.
